What a great time to be a First time home buyer. Yesterday I help first time Home Buyers closed on there house outside of Champaign/Urbana.

They used the Rural development loan and were able to buy with no money and  get the seller to pay for $1000 worth of there closing cost and pre paids. At the closing they were returned there $1000 escrow check do to proration owed by the seller.

There next step will be to amend there 2008 taxes so that they can receive in approximately 4-6 weeks their $8000 tax credit check. When the dust settles a well qualified buyer can still buy with little to no money down and receive up to $8000 check just for buying a piece of the American Dream!!!
