Have you just found out that you must relocate your family to Champaign?  It can be a scary thought; how will my kids adjust? Will they make friends? Will I adjust?  What are the schools like? Are they as good as the schools my children attend now? What is the weather like?

A million questions race through your mind when you find out you need to relocate your family due to a job change, divorce, or one of a hundred other reasons.

I want you to know that it is not nearly as frightening as you suspect and actually 6 months after you move you wonder what all the fuss was about.  I know this because I had to relocate my family 4 different times and I know the move has made them more confident, self assured and compassionate.

When I first relocated I just chose a Realtor whose sign was in the yard of the house that I liked.  I knew nothing about him or her and I was putting one of the biggest decisions of my life in the hands of a person that I did not know.  I have now learned through making some poor choices that finding the right Real Estate Agent is one of the most important decisions when relocating.

 

Since I have been in your position, I promise to make your relocation experience as enjoyable and stress free as possible.  I will do most of the "leg work" for you, provide you with your own list of shops, restaurants, service people, help you with financing, and be there for you to answer any questions that you may have and assist you not only with your real estate needs but also with any other needs or concerns that you may have.
