What a time to be a buyer! I just helped a client sell his condo in Champaign yesterday which made him and his wife Buyers. We were able to find a new construction house they wanted to buy on the same day. Last night he was able to speak with lender and lock in a interest rate for 30 years at a 4.75% fixed. This is the lowest 30 year fixed I have ever seen a buyer get. It made their payments lower than they could of imagined.

What a great time to buy! There is money available for good buyers. This conventional mortgage was accomplished with only 5% down.
