Each new day when I look to see the activity of the Real Estate market it appears one the largest numbers of activities are on the Price Change category. In this market with the abundance of housing inventory as a seller you must constantly keep an eye on your competition. What I have watched this summer are many sellers have made reductions in there asking price looking to find the buyer for there home. When sellers ask to much for there homes and there are few showings then they start to reduce there price and it is like walking down stairs trying to find the price range where you will find a buyer for your home. Also we are seeing more sellers offering incentives for the buyers such as paying there closing costs and pre paids, 1 year home warranties, pre home inspections are all items to help your home stand out. In any market the best thing to do as a seller is have your home in the best condition and priced right where it should sell at.
